Wanting to get back into running after almost 10 years of on and off.. ran 4:30 Mile and 16:00 5K in HS didn’t run in college though. My main question here is what’s better to start getting back into it a 2 mile run at 9 min pace or 4 miles at 11-12 min jogging pace? Wanting to run M/W/F so 3 days a week.
