I just ran a 800m about a week ago and ran a 1:55.83 as my season opener. I want to run sub 1:53 before may of this year. I was thinking if I ran the 800m smarter I might be able to. When I ran my 1:55 my splits were:
26 high, 28 mid (55.02 400m) 28 low, 31 high (1:00.64 400m)
My prs from indoor are 49.5 in the 400m, 1:21.50 in the 600m, 1:56.69 in the 800m and 2:32 in the 1000m
Would I be able to pull it off?
