Gonna be some very nice races in the 800 and mile tomorrow.
Looks like FM boys team might not be terrible next XC season after all
They return:
McGinn - 11 - 9:19 3200 / 4:20 mile
Ditre - 10 - 10:12 3200
Beecher - 9 (not sure if he is doing XC) - 4:42 1600
Patrick - 11 - 17:37 5k
Just 1 more is needed up there
Probably McBlane (9 - 5:14 1600) can step up? People make big jumps from freshman to sophomore year.
This is not to say that FM will go to NXN
Saratoga continues to show underclassman talent

Now improved to:
Cornfield - 15:55/9:37
Mahoney - 4:35/9:43
Homa - 4:39/10:03
Boutwell - 4:44/10:10
Warner - 4:43
Kahabka - 10:47 steeple
Ferratella - 10:51 (solo?)
Still not as good a squad as last year but a lot better. Also important to note that Boutwell, Warner, and Ferratella are all freshman. Homa’s brother was also a 10:00+ guy until this year and popped a 4:23/9:24 this year, so there may be some untapped talent there.
Not necessarily distance related but Guilderland has one of the best overall Girls T&F team in awhile. Insane depth from 100m-800m. Don't be surprised to see them go sub 3:50 in the 4 by 4 before the end of the year. Posted a crazy 3:55 in the Sprint Medley Relay earlier this year.
