As a Puerto Rican I am disappointed to hear this, but doping does indeed exist all over the world. We definitely need to clean up our sport and hold cheaters accountable.
I agree with you boricua. As you are a local, what is the feeling there on the island? I know the locals were thrilled to see one of their own beat the invited Kenyans. Rojas must have gone from hero to villian.

Hopefully the race will do the right thing and adjust the prize money but I hear they have already paid out the prize money. It’s certainly unfair to those that finished behind the cheater.

Yep, from pride to disappointment and a bit of disbelief. A lot of people were happy for him and are now finding it hard to accept his positive test...but I think we all understand here where ton Letsrun that there is likely no other way to explain this other than...he cheated.
