I've always thought it was embarrassing that the two people nominated for president in 2016 were Donald Trump and [Hillary] Clinton and joked it would be great to see both end up in prison.
. . .
When electing people, we should hold the candidates to a very high standard. But we should not be prosecuting them for stuff they wouldn't be prosecuted for as normal citizens. . . .
A "normal citizen"--Michael Cohen, Donald Trump's accomplice--was prosecuted for his role.
The logic for calling Trump's payment to Stormy a felony election law crime is a stretch.
Honestly, it is--but his accomplice went to prison for it.
If you are going to go out of your way to charge Trump, then certainly [Hillary] needs to be [arrested] for her emails.
I won't bother explaining how her email situation is very different from what he's looking at--that's been done to death already--and just say that if she goes to prison for doing official business on a private server, than Jared and Ivanka, who were official members of the Trump administration and did exactly that, should go too.
I think I'm pretty well known as someone who has never cast a ballot on the Democratic line, but to equate President Trump's wrongdoing/apparent lawbreaking in the Stormy Daniels affair with Secretary Clinton's wrong handling of emails (following the procedures of her predecessors, even) is simply absurd. False equivalency much?
Rojo, this is your answer. Comparing the two is so far fetched, it reaches absurdity. Yes, you could argue the point, but frankly that only digs you in further.
I believe a site owner should refrain from taking contentious view points, and would implore you to either refrain from doing so in the future, or simply do it under an assumed handle.
When Trump tells his followers to protest and take back America, when he goes on a rant about his terrible mistreatment to fire up his base, when he gives his followers a few days notice about his arrest so that they have time to organize, do you think he knows that his statements will increase violence and do you think that's why he does it that way?
I think we all know the answer to that question.
He is slime.
The Republican Senate saved Trump from accountability twice before, Robert Mueller didn't think he could legally charge Trump, Bill Barr ran blocks for Trump until he couldn't stomach it anymore, The Georgia republican government just passed a protect Trump law allowing them to fire the prosecutor if Trump is charged, a number of sycophants under Trump took fire to save Trump, many have been afraid to cross Trump because of fear that they and their families will pay, will Trump finally be held accountable?
There will be a cost to the country to hold him accountable, but the cost will be even greater to let him continue to slide.
Democrats are worse than slime.
You live entirely in a leftist bubble. You are programmed like a dumb animal
You're brainwashed.
I hope when/if your children get out of the grip of their authoritarian and fascist father that they end up being Democrats.

Except there was no lawbreaking. Sorry, but paying hush money is 100% legal.
Also, Michael Cohen went to prison for tax evasion, hope that clears that up.

Dude, rojo is never going to stop posting his opinion here, no matter how much you whine about it, and that's his right.
The bosses are so afraid of Trump that they cannot allow him to run again.
Had he never run for president he would never have been indicted.
The Justice Dept is weaponized.
That's what Trump and around 50 million American supporters of Trump believe.
Look, we can't predict the future with the requisite certainty to say for sure what Trump supporters are going to do next week. They may trash the place, they may not. But we DO know that these people feel that their rights and freedoms have been stolen from them, and that the leader who brought them prosperity and security is being threatened by a rougeward authoritarian government. I think we can say that they are not going to take this lying down. They are going to step up. The very soul of the country is at stake here.
Honestly, I don't care about Trump OR Hillary's alleged process crimes. Trump kept us out of wars while Hillary campaigned on getting us into a war with Russia. Which they eventually got.
The Republican cowards in the Senate would not hold him accountable. Many others voted to convict.
If dems had held the vote that night or the day after, it would have succeeded. Instead, they slow-walked it and gave Trumpers the opportunity to circle the wagons. They blew it.
For those that are going to argue the Political persecution spin that the right wing is feeding you, remember this:
Trump is going to be indicted for something that his own administration indicted his lawyer on. Yes, HIS ADMINISTRATION viewed it as a crime worthy of indictment. On top of that, his own administration at the Cohen's sentencing hearing said he did it for Trump and at Trump's request.
And not to be forgotten, Trumpers celebrated as Cohen was indicted (for the same crime) and also celebrated as the Department of Justice targeted him for further penalties to stop him from speaking out.
So you can spare us of the faux outrage that this is nothing worthy of indictment.

Joe and Hunter Biden are being investigated from taking payments from the Chinese. Id far rather have Donal Trump who loves America than Joe Brandon who is potentially compromised by the CCP.
Not to mention all the crazy szt Hunter did like have sex with his Brothers Widow (Sister in law) and have an illegitimate child with a stripper.

Trump had shady deals with Russian and Chinese banks. He praised dictator Putin and went so far as to trust Putin more than his own intelligence agencies.
Trump had an illegitimate child with Marla Maples. He didn't marry her until after Tiffany was born. Probably because he was still in the process of divorcing from his first wife, who he had cheated on repeatedly.

1) Paying hush money is absolutely legal. Violating campaign finance laws is not.
2) On December 12, 2018, Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine after pleading guilty to tax evasion and campaign-finance violations.
And I have to think that you knew both of these already, meaning that you deliberately intended to mislead. The shorthand term for "deliberately intending to mislead" is LYING.

Semantics. You could go on all day about whose alleged administration allegedly indicted who.
But the bottom line is that Trump's supporter have watched for years as their Constitutional rights have taken from them by left-wing tyrannical elites hell-bent on purging society of independent thought. This is a concerted efforts to silence Trump and suppress his movement. The people will respond in kind.

You're in favor of weaponizing the legal system for political reasons not me. That's fascist 101.
Unfortunately, your single mother didn't have the time or the money to send you to a decent school so you think "fascist" means "anyone who disagrees with me".
You're a brainwashed fool.
