No, he's not kicking himself. He wanted Britton Wilson to focus on the 400, and that's what happened.

Just because someone could run in a relay doesn't mean that they should.

Dalia finally posted something to Instagram. She's at Cal Poly SLO although there were no indications if she's (briefly?) enrolled there or merely visiting friends. It was a St. Patricks Day party themed post. Many of her friends told her they missed her including at least one Duke teammate. But probably most telling of all I briefly scrolled the names who "Liked" her post and I saw one girl who is on the track team at UCLA:
