To each their own regarding his politics.
His politics seem fine to me, but again, to each their own.
The Erriyon Knighton thing was kind of funny to me.
It's not something that I would personally do, but it was funny. And I was hoping Knighton would beat him because that would have just made the whole incident that much better.

I agree, he is fun to watch.
I wasn't that crazy about Noah Lyles at first, and I'm still not really a fan of his, but he is fun to watch.
And I wasn't that crazy about him because I'm like, win first (Olympic gold), then you can talk. And if you haven't done that yet, shut it up, put in the work, win, then you can say whatever you want. Then you can tell us how great you are.
I feel that same way about Shakira Richardson.
She's fun to watch, but you gotta win. If you're going to come out there dressed like that, then you better win.
You look like a clown either way. But it's better to be the one who crosses the finish line first looking like that.
The Jamaican women wear their wigs, but they win... all of the time. That's the difference.
Back to Noah Lyles: again, even though I'm not a huge fan, I do hope he wins the 100 gold.
He's a personality, so it would be good for the sport, probably. And the 100 is a bigger deal than the 200.
If Erriyon Knighton can run the 100 too, and those two can go head-to-head in the 100 and 200, and team-up for the relays, I think that would be the best scenario.
