It's a lot less than half the dating pool since young folks are more liberal, especially if you are living in a big city. I would say the true "right winger" percentage of the dating pool for folks in their 20's and 30's is less than 25%. Most young folks are liberal, moderate, or just don't care.
Throwing out half the dating pool because of political status? I doubt your limitations end there.
Whoever it is, isn't wrong, merely selecting against the wrong half of the population. Of course, females once married auto trend towards conservative over time, because they now have their own male protector and thus aren't seeing government as their provider/boyfriend/mate.
Talking not listening, women love to talk so let them.
