Title. Running 65 mpw, with my easy pace (after I warm up) around 6:10.
Here are the last 5 workouts I did:
1. 6xmile at 4:55, 1:00 rest, threshold effort; 4x200 @ 28 after
2. 10x500 at 82-83, 1:00 between reps, 2:00 after rep 5. felt very comfortable
3. 10 minute tempo (2 miles), 800 hard at 1:59, full rest, 4x200 from 29-27 with full rest in between
4. 16x400 at 68, 1:00 rest. very hard for the last 3 but not all out
5. 8x1k in 3:00, 1:00. felt comfortable
