Tayson Echohawk in 4:10, Liam Heninger in 4:11, Daniel Simmons in 4:13, and 3 Herriman guys under 4:20.
Seems pretty good as this is a season opener for a lot of these guys, as well as being at elevation.

The 4:18 Herriman junior did not even run at NXN. 4 seniors but 3 other juniors did. It won’t be surprising if they compete for an NXN spot and reload again. Soles knows how to reload his teams anyways.
Pretty impressive results for Herriman. What is the elevation conversion?

From Jack Daniels its about 5 seconds for a 1600 and 10 for the 3200
Also, the Utah boys distance runners are looking very good this year
Danny Simmons ran 9:10 on a 200 meter flat track lapping almost everyone at Weber State, breaking a Casey Clinger record by 6 seconds. He also has already beat his outdoor 1600 pr in indoors
Same Hansen 9:11, close to a 9 altitude conversion
Echohawk 4:10, 4:05 conversion
Heninger, a 1:58 800, guy ran 4:11, a 4:06 altitude conversion. Thats a big aerobic engine
William Horne also already has a sub 4:10 altitude conversion
Hartshorn hasn’t raced yet (injuries?), but he’s always a good track guy
Could be the best year for Utah Distance running on the track since 2017
MV's 4*8 looking strong as well, sat out a 1:56 guy and got second to a club team still running 8:07. Knowing Struass none of those boys have hit speed yet.

He also ran a 9:26 3200. Not far behind the #2 guy on the team
Herriman also has a junior Andrew Marks who ran a 4:33 1600. He only ran at nxr last fall. That’s the only race he ran.
This team is looking even deeper now
They also had some sophs step up - like the Tang brothers and the younger Monsivais and the younger Steadman. Also a 10:53 briggs 8th grader. And another 5:05 8th grader. The future of this team is bright
No signs of sophomore Ogomo so far this season. He was in the top 5 for cc as a freshman.

what are the types of schools that I would receive interest from if I run 4:18, 9:22, 1:57
