For some reason every time I run on the track I get really bad pain in my anterior tibialis on my left leg only. Its really weird. I tried everything. Every pair of shoe it still hurts. Usually it flares up in 400 repeats about 8 reps in. For 1k repeats I'm able to go without pain if I'm lucky, but for tempos on the track it comes back for the last two or so laps. Does anyone know what I can do to help? Will a compression sleeve fix my problem? There have been rare times were I'm able to workout with zero tibialis pain. Some context is I'm flat footed and most of my shoes are worn on the toe side back by the heel. So I think that makes me a supinator not sure. Any advice necessary. I'm considering using calf sleeves to maybe help fix the problem, or its just the way my gait is
