Good TV shows - looking for recommendations

Am looking to watch something relaxing and interesting.

What good TV shows have you enjoyed over the past few years? Criteria -

- Made since 2000.
- Not subtitled as sore eyes so in the English language. I guess that means US, Aus or UK (as main producers) unless you know of something from somewhere else.
- Not disturbing/horror.
- Something that is in your top 10 TV shows of all time!

I really enjoyed Mystery Road if anyone knows that. I also liked Tales from the Loop and Spooks (MI-5).

I watch way too much TV....the following I thought were the best I've watched in the past year or so.

The White Lotus
Succession
The Bear
Enlightened
The Undoing
Mare of Easttown
Severance
Ozark

I'd say Succession was the my favorite of all of them.
