she ran 32.53 in december 2022. at kenya prisons college.
she might have run 3.56 in late jan 2023 at KPC.
whatever. she could have been tested in december, results delayed until after the jan event. (we have seen ridiculous delays in a sample testing - 4 weeks delay in kenya doesnt seem crazy. bad, but not crazy in comparison to eg geneva)
or, she could have been tested after the jan run.
either test could have been positive and she is now in the limbo zone. (like burrito girl was)
My guess is she tested positive after either of those and is now at the position of being provisionally suspended without announcement and so she has pulled out of nagoya.
and for everyone who says; that is not how it works; these things seem to work differently every time, no matter what the rules. and since we never know of investigations which turn out negative and so are squashed (duh), noone can say there is evidence i am wrong - you cant prove a lack of something.

^Did you really put all that effort to conjure that elaborate scenario?
While letsrunners continue to showcase their skills at fiction writing (hope springs eternal to one day have the courage to quit that dead-end job shovelling paper and their smothering loveless marriage to a consistently pestilent shrew, so they can write full-time) Ruth is warming up in Nagoya.
We can safely deduce that there's not a lot of goodwill coming Ruth's way on this message board. All this speculation out of nowhere stemming from her silence. She said and did nothing to warrant this.
The crazy thing of all this is the field is so thin if she was not want running, idk how any young Japanese-based Kenyan or up-and-coming Ethiopian doesn’t roll the dice for life-changing $.
