Day or two
let me take a look out the window...
An interesting question. There has never been any recorded snowfall in bangkok. So it must have been before man began keeping records. Recent ice ages such as the one 19000 years ago would still not have seen ice or snow in low lying areas near the equator so i suspect you would have to go back to when the tectonic plates were positioned differently and asia was linked with america, millions of years ago.
Based in Dubai, so wondering if the OP thinks it snows all around the world.
About one year ago.
1977. Tampa, FL.
We got a dusting after midnight on Wednesday. Not sure if it met the .1in requirement to be considered measurable snow. Otherwise it would be last January. Each of the last two winters have been below average though. Average is around 9-10in per winter.

I checked. We actually actually average 13-14in per Winter. It snowed .5in overnight last night for our 1st snowfall of the year.

It snowed in 2010 in Tampa. There's also anecdotes it snowed this past December.
About two weeks ago (but it thawed again quickly). Middle of Germany.
Maybe the Ice Age? Fairly mild today - high around 90, dewpoint 72 in Manila.
Technically, Clearwater, which is included in the greater Tampa Bay area. I work within Tampa city limits.
No, it didn’t snow here in December or in 2010. Possibly some inland areas East of Tampa in 2010, but not that I recall.
In NYC, yesterday. First time all winter.
Less than a week ago.
DC, we got a dusting yesterday. First snow this winter which is weird and I'm not complaining.... Not that we get a lot, but usually a few multi-inch snowfalls per year.
Monday. Statewide we are above normal most places.
