Address him as William and wait for the response…
Does he think he can beat Hocker in a 3k?

Elaborate on his time between btc and smith in terms of training, pace/threshold, mental, etc.
sounds like he disappeared into the woods for a couple months (between groups) then cranks an AR… what happened in that time?
Was he OK with Jerry putting him in the B heat of BU last year (he ran 13:05 with a 26-second last lap)? What was the possible rationale?
Why did his performances tail off last year following that 13:05? How can he prevent that this year?
Why wouldn’t Jerry adapt his workouts last year instead of having him run 70% of Grants and Moh’s?
Has his position on Shelby changed?
Does he consider himself a medal contender now or does he think a large number of athletes could run under 12:45 at BU?
Does he gain strength or weakness from LRC?
Also, weight and height.

Please ask him on his traininggggg
- A typical training week for him leading up to 12:51 AR
- What are some differences / changes he made under BTC and Mike Smith
- His opinion on double thresholds and paces for threshold workouts
- Weekly mileage
Also some questions on his favourite event, his future plans would be pretty cool
Any road race plans? 1500? 12:30s for 5k? Ingibritson?
Is he going for Nuguse's record in boston?
When you picture yourself outkicking someone for Olympic Gold, who is it, and how and where do you pass them?
What was his degree in?
When will he do a 'Thon?
Does he follow Seth Demoor's "Mad Scientist" approach to training.
Blonde, brunette, or redhead?
Did he ever run into Galen while running in Portlandia?
Preferred candidate for next president in 2024?
Does he have any TUEs?
Ask him about how he was developed early on by Rob Connor at University of Portland. He was pretty unknown back then (compared to big stars from a decade ago).
And how did he manage to stay focused in those in-between years after graduation (2016) and his breakthrough sub-13 (2019).
He's almost 31 now, so it is sort of awesome to see some still improving at this point in their career.

Is it okay if we call him Woodrow?
Please consider asking him why he believes he has been able to make the jump from 12:58 to 12:51.
