I have been listening to his podcast for several months. I know nothing about the guy but I think Spotify recommended it. It seemed decent enough to add it to the rotation.
These are some serious allegations, most of which can't be verified. But, the following should be publicly available: "He has numerous restraining and protection orders from both people and businesses in multiple countries."
I think you do not understand the origin of people thinking thyroid medication was doping.. takes a quick Google about Alberto or a search on let'srun..
Matt Fox is the worst of the worst. And I didn't used to think that. But his repeated actions and vindictive behaviour are indefensible.
If Bester wants to charge 100's of pounds for training then that's his prerogative (albeit one I find absurd). But for Fox to slander him and his athletes because they had a business deal that fell apart, is simply disgusting. I feel sorry for them, for associating with Fox.
I loved a lot of Sweat Elite videos- (Ramos, ON Running, Rodgers, Jake Smith, the Ethipoian Specials), but it seems like a complete fraud to me now, knowing what we know. I don't care Sweat Elite get Tsegay, Gidey, Jeruto, Ingebrigtsen, Kipchoge, Cheptegei and Grant Fisher on for a workout, I will not spend another second watching a Sweat Elite video.
I know you're reading this Matt Fox. Grow up and be better.
Concerned with some other running youtubers who are also involved with Matt to some degree. Especially Nell Rojas (who even did some of the Kenya camp with Matt) and having been in Boulder training with him. Luis Orta as well, I'm sure there is no way he didn't hear anything either. Mild concern for other influencers like Kofuzi who has done one video and that was to interview Ed Goddard before CIM.
All runners are the same. Keyboard warrior skinny dorks (myself included). I think it’s about time we ditch this sport and hit the weights. All of the stories about runners being school shooters and online bullies is enough. Time to move on.
In the latest Sweat Elite podcast (#59 Matt Fox and Angus Teeton), Matt Fox discusses being banned from filming a training group in Boulder. He said he dated a girl in another group B, and the coach took issue. The couch fro...

A quick Google search would also show that carnitine and creatine are different things.
You all understand that, even if it the email in the picture is in fact his email, it does not prove that it is a real image of a real email? It could quite seriously be a LR King Troll spoofing emails after reading some threads on here and wanting to stir pots...
I'm probably wrong and it's just my naievete showing.

I also no longer has a thyroid and take levothyroxine as a replacement. Because of Dr. Brown/Salazar, many people look upon any thyroid medication as doping...

I still don’t understand what he did. He exchanged some mutual texts with a grown 24 year old woman. How is that bad???
Kind of crazy that Sweat Elite went from being a really cool insider view of pro workouts to the diary of a weirdo narcissist hobby jogger. 80% of "new" content is Matt Fox's 2:20 attempt season x. If he spent as much time training as he did burning bridges and harassing people, he might get that 2:19:xx.

His new business model seems to be working: Live in Kenya for 4weeks, run a big HM PR and let the YouTube channel content continue to suffer.
Prioritising personal athletics over his business, whether intentional or not just morphs this into 'the Matt Fox Training Channel'. 5/10 of his last uploads have been about himself and the others are mainly videos of people that happened to be staying nearby, so were done by chance. If you listen to his podcast, even his most recent guest was someone he said he only met a couple days before in a hotel lobby. Doesn't strike me as someone being very methodical or intentional about growing this business.I guess he forgot when hanging out with Nick Bester that his YouTube Channel isn't supposed to be about him.
Still, he claimed on his IG that SE is set for some huge cash injection from investors shortly, so we'll see if this brings new content or is just all funnelled into buying him more shoes & flights to Kenya.
