Seems like Schumacher is an as$hole. The evidence:
1. The bullsh!t, obfuscation, and outright lies he told in that first press call after the Houlihan ban was announced.
2. Continued to coach a banned athlete and allow her to train with his group, with no regard to how it impacts the careers of his other athletes.
3. Ups and moves his group to a different location against their preferences and seemingly without consultation with this affected - let's not forget, he didn't have to stay as BTC head coach, he could have given up that job and left the group in Portland.
4. When one of his athletes wants to try something different, he doesn't wish him well and tell him he'll be great. Instead, he tells him he's throwing away his career. Classy.
People will say he gets results, that it doesn't matter if he never adapts his system (primarily for female athletes), he's tough, that's what makes him a good coach. It's just apologising for someone been an a$shole.
