I would say to subtract about 30 sec off your faster tempo and that is what you could do in a 5k
A lot of calculators would give you more of a -25 sec off your threshold prediction, but I find that a little too fast. It applies better to elites.
Using that, you have the aerobic engine to get pretty close to sub 18:00. That last bit will depend on your interval workouts
