It is unhealthy because you aren't even "enjoying" the beer. You are shotgunning it.
If I could drink two pints with friends and it were the best beer ever, then it might be worth it. As it is, you don't seem to have a healthy reason for doing it (socializing? relaxing? enjoy the taste?). If you don't have a healthy reason for doing it, it is unhealthy.
And the alcohol alone is not "healthy" because it is still being processed by your liver, so it is not "nothing." You are drinking 14 drinks a week. That is a lot by any medical standard.
