The climate and hilly terrain sound fine. We work from home so good in that regards. We have a baby so schools will be important in a couple of years.

The real estate sounds a lot cheaper than here in Colorado. I will go check it out in person soon. The running options in particular are a huge draw, nature too.

Very cool. Yeah Bend was super but the snow in the winter impacted the trails in the Deschutes for what seemed like forever.

Hmmmm, not so sure.
I’ve lived in a few European cities that were almost exclusively white and crime was a lot more common in certain areas or zip codes if your prefer due to poverty and population density.
