Henes will over race her. You guys will have the excuse that Tuohy had a sore hamstring/quad/groin when she loses to Roe and Valby.

NCAA mile record is 4:25, is Tuohy possibly going for the record in her first ever collegiate mile race? She's gonna break the site.
Here we go with the Henes haters again. What you predict remains to be seen. Yes, Tuohy had a very minor hamstring pull near the end of XC, that bothered her maybe all of a few days around the time of regionals. But it was of no consequence, as she was 100% by nationals. And Chmiel had an injury during outdoors of 2022, but was completely healed come XC season and finished 3rd in the nation. All runners deal with injuries. Henes seems to know what she is doing. Two straight team XC titles, two straight outdoor 5k titles, reigning individual XC champion.
Tuohy is tough and strong enough to run a lot and race. Valby can't run much, depends on cross training to achieve fitness. That itself tells you she won't last long in the sport "running".
I think you said the same thing before NCAA XC this past fall. How did that work out for you?
Valby fans always say Tuohy fans hijack threads, what on earth are the insecure Valby fans doing right now? 😂
What did you say about her 5000 at BU when several women ran a faster equivalent 3000?
you are desperate! I am pretty sure Ms Valby decided to take a break around then, and I am also pretty sure Ms Tuohy was fastest in the race that counted in November.
You'll be buried in rage after Tuohy breaks the 3000m, 5000m and mile records!
What did you say about Valby's 5000m at Oklahoma where she was up by 12 seconds, almost 90 meters and still lost to Tuohy?
This post was removed.
Tuohy has a 4:06 1500. And of course she is the reigning 5k champion. I think it's pretty safe to say she can run a blistering 3k. We haven't seen anything close to the best 3k she can run. She's in much better form/health now than she was last indoor season.
No info on what the race is being paced at but it will be fast! Hurta-Klecker is going for an American-record in the 1000m, her teammates train with her, the mile will be fast too!
I predicted a Tuohy win by 5 seconds over Valby.
95% of valby fans on this site is same 1 guy! It's just 1 poster!
Not quite. There was the one guy that predicted Valby would beat Tuohy by 30 seconds at XC nationals. 🤣 So we have at least two.
It’s a mile…………….
It's all the same guy! I mean some random people might join in but 99% of it is being initiated by the same 1 guy! She has no fan(s)... It's 1 random guy! Guaranteed!!!
