You can when the overwhelming weight of the publicly available evidence supports the conclusion.

Then she would be banned.
Brown ran 938 3200m at barely 16... Those times r both significantly slower...brown can still be a very good collegian, but She will never be a top pro, except maybe marathon... And Hutchins is done when it comes to ever running elite times (major body change) sorry that's reality... Just like lane masciarelli and ping...
We don't ban anyone unless they test positive or confess. That is the cynical game being played. Even if the doping is blatant and obvious, the idea is to just obstinately deny and game the system. Except in this context it is a complete farce given what we have learned. There is no plausible deniability. So the charade will go on. That does not mean we have to be blind to it.
Bodies don't change at 18. Lifestyle choices can cause changes though.
Besides looking backwards at a an already succesful person's progression is not equivalent to the odds of a young talent continuing to improve... It's 100s to 1000s to 1 that any young distance runner is going to continue on to be a top American pro!
This is huge reasoning fallacy that people continue to make
It's basically the sharp shooter fallacy...
How dumb r u? Obviously bodies change as people, especially young ladies mature! It happens over months and years but it very often makes it impossible for girls to be elite pro runners! Just like some people r born with no chance to be world class sprinters! It's the reality of genetics and development!
Nope. Bodies change after 18 due to lifestyle changes. 99% of females have completed puberty at 16.
And how old was Hutchins when she ran her last fast age group time... Uhhhhhhhh... ummmmmm... Don't worry I will answer.... Uhhhhh... Yep 16!!!!!!!!!!!! And since then as she's turning 19...... Not 1 even decent time since!!!!!.... She hasn't ran 1 decent time since 16 because she had a major body change between 16 and 17.... It's not rocket science! The ny times had a big article about the phenomenon....
Besides if your doing serious training u will have delayed puberty... Just like what happens to a lot of gymnasts

you have no idea what you are talking about.
Ewert and thorvaldson also…
I mean I hope she proves me wrong! I'm just saying there r a lot of fast girls pre puberty who afterwards r not going to be elite pros! It's just reality!
They can still be good runners, even good college runners but they're not gonna be elite pros running 1440s or 420s
A lot of girls get injured and then they're body changes as they take time off from training to recover
It's evolution, it's evil! It's working against women's sports!
I suggest that you check with the CDC or any medical school or reputable site. They all state that puberty ends at 16 for the majority of females and they have reached adulthood at that point.

The bodies always changing! The idea that u hit 16 and then u have your adult body for the next 20 years is very naive and silly!
Yes u have some basic milestones but there is still constant development and change!
Let me guess? U haven't loaded up on science credits in your studies?

Yeah I don't expect to ever see anything out of Hutchins again. And no one can convince me that Wiley is clean after all the mess surrounding Huntington and the old coaches there. Word is that multiple HU athletes tested positive for PEDs this year already... But Wiley is clean? Nah
The avg woman achieves a regular menstrual cycle after 16. But they r not talking about the lives of high level athletes undergoing strenuous training cycles!
I think your sleeping on Dani Jones. My pick to win this year!!!
