I'm sure multiple time Paralympian and World Record holder Jaryd Clifford will be stoked to hear that he's still got some go about him at the ripe old age of 23.
If DoB is 9 June 2006 then he's still got 4 months to get age world record for 1500. With Archie Sideridis that'd be 2 under 18 age records by Australian's in the last 6 months!
Send him to Wisconsin already ...

There's talented kids popping up everywhere now. There must be many reasons for it but undoubtedly the biggest has to be that they are growing up now with the belief they can be the best in the world.
his time is obviously very impressive but lets be real, jakobs 16 year old record is by far his weakest. 3.48 at 14, 3.42 at 15 and 3.31 at 17. i'm pretty sure if jakob had a real race at 16 he would have run 3.36-37 so this guy is still pretty far off. as said, still very impressive for a 16 year old!
Manager is an Agent. Coach is not usually. Coach/Trainer are interchangeable in most cultures. But is the US Trainer is usually involved with injuries, rehab, etc. Not a coach.
