Impressive but not incredible. She fell with 1350 meters to go so they were down by maybe 4-5 seconds with a lot of distance to make it up. Heather Dorniden's comeback in the 600m at the Big 10 Championships is almost beyond belief. And, of course, we have the famous "UCC from the depths of Hell!" race from a few years back when that girl ran down Olympian Michelle Finn. And don't forget USC's comeback in the 4x400 in the 2018 NCAA Championships with Kendall Ellis.

People always say Oh yea they fell early? This isnt a 10K, its a long sprint event. Often split by tenths of seconds and certainly 1 or 2 sec. Falling on your face and ceding 3-5 sec is very significant in a 400. You cant just "decide" to run 5 sec faster in a long sprint event. They made up like 13 sec total in a 4x4 to the big 10 runners up. Impressive, borderline incredible.

Where are you getting 13 seconds? She fell, got back up, grabbed the baton, and off she went. Unless the baton bounced into the crowd and she had to grab it from under somebody's @ss she didn't lose that much time.
