Yeah, though he was in better form for the Bislett meet. It was won in 13:03 and missing most of the big names - it was probably not the spot OAC was hoping for. That was his chance really. I don’t think he was in better than 12:58-12:59 type shape from what we could tell at that point. Telahun Haile Bekele (the winner) is a good runner, but maxed out at 12:57 pretty much in Rome.
