I’m trying to go back through the footage to see if there was really any clear coverage of her running, but really can’t find any as of yet. She’s mentioned SEVERAL times throughout the entire 4 to 5 hour broadcast though.

Ran mid 13s. I heard that my mother joined a random 10k when she was just over 30, trained for 2 weeks (off of being relatively sedentary - would walk a lot and work out occasionally but barely ran) and ran upper 30s
