Patience and forgiveness of people would give him the mental ability to work through injuries.
Clean living.
Low fat/ unprocessed diet.
Personable: would integrate well in a training group.
Mental fortitude: necessary to work through the difficult miles.
I've got him at low 3's. 3:15 or lower.
