Hi - I just did the following workout in a treadmill:
6 x 1.3km @ 4:15” - 60” slow jog between sets.
0.5% incline
It wasn’t super hard, and during the first 4 sets I was very comfortable. What do you think my 5k and 10k time could be?

Why are you doing 1.3km reps? Very strange.
If it were outside I'd say that the pace you held for that workout would be pretty much in line with your 10k race pace (but that's just me, I tend to race a lot better than what my workouts suggest).
Also, why we're at it, you've done 6 reps - not 6 sets.
