I've run 4:12 running 75-85 MPW. I've started a new job that requires a lot of my time and focus and really only have time to run once a day.
I know people have had success at the 60 MPW zone, but I am hoping my consistency will weigh in more than the talent factor does.
Anyway... Weeks are looking like this:
M: Easy + Strides
T: AM: Optional morning shakeout, PM Shorter Intervals 5k or Mile effort workout
W: Recovery Run
Tr: Easy + Strides
F: Easy/Moderate Run + Strides
Sa: Threshold Workout or Tempo
Su: Easy Long Run
Would love any insight or suggestions... Really not looking for any trolls, I'm really trying to make good use of my time and want to run faster.
