How is this even worth writing about? And what has she run in the past to make us think she can break 5?? 5:20 is another couple levels away. What a joke. Average HS time
You obviously didn't read the article (or see it linked on the homepage). She has a 5:06 mile PR run at altitude from August (as well as a 2:15 PB in the 800m). So with a 5:06 PB at altitude, breaking 5-minutes several months later at sea level seems like a very fair goal. She obviously had an off day, happens to the best of us.
When I first read this my reaction was "wow, this is a surprisingly reasonable take for the brojos" since I saw the red text next to the username. Should have known better.

Well not according to Milesplit. Her 1600 time is 5:31. So this is a PB for her.
From the article:
After a solid track season last spring, Kiki was inspired to keep training last summer. In the Mile High Mile last August in Lafayette, Colorado, Kiki ran in the elite women’s field and finished fifth in 5:06, while younger sisters Calia, 12 (6:23) and Cassidy, 7 (7:19) competed well in their age-group heats.
Bruh Sarah is a nice lady. And her daughter is respectful and nice. Old men or whomever hating on them are complete losers. Talking crap about teenagers is pathetic.
First time posting on this thread.
No one, or very few people, on this site know the gender or age of each poster. I highly doubt that many older guys are on here posting about subjects like this. But...I think there are a bunch of 20 year olds, if not high schoolers posting on these subject to an obsessive point and they believe anyone who posts regularly has to be an old guy.
I also realize that there are in fact several obsessed posters in there 40's and 50's (fasttouhy, agip, etc...) who spend a lot of time on here and are probably hobby joggers with nothing better to d0---but I'd guess it's a dozen posters at most who live on this site and post on most every young females running performance.
I only responded because every now and then I look at threads with Touhy or Valby and it's the same posters but I highly doubt most of them are as old as we think.
How ‘bout the 8-year-old that ran the Mile High Mile in 5:33! That kid will be right there with Kiki when they can fit into the smallest size of those PUMA nitro whatevers.
If this was some rando 16 year old with parents no one heard of would there be an article about her running a 5:20? If not then that is the exact definition of what a nepo baby is. Someone that gets something, anything, because of who their parents are.
