A teammate of mine who ran 2:32 a few months ago is currently struggling to run faster than about 1:56-1:57.
set a goal to break 2:00 again and go from there. You’re basically asking “I just ran a 4:40 mile but Im not in good shape, can I run sub 4:10 by the end of the season?”
