I did a pretty tough hills workout which was very challenging but now I don't feel fatigued or tired at all. Maybe I just need to go harder because it's really messing with me.

don’t go harder if it was tough???
this is a good thing
I do a lot of hill workouts and it's weird because they're really tough when I'm doing them, but I feel like I recover from them very quickly. When I do something like 4 * 1 mile on flat surfaces, it seems like my recovery time is much longer.
