Garmin 645 which was a Christmas hand down from my dad. I've found having a watch surprisingly useful with easy if imprecise HR tracking, intervals are much easier when you can just press a lap button, controls to change track from my phone music and it basically making running a lot simpler.
The Strava integration is OK although I liked being able to title runs and put little notes in previously on my phone while it's now an automatic push across with 'Region running'. Most of my Strava runs aren't public however to avoid spam so it doesn't really matter.
That said you can probably still get good results with a low range smartphone as a GPS tracker.
