I have a 2000m race on 1st march and I have no idea how to plan m future weeks for it. Can someone please give some workouts which i should do leading up to the race and how should i taper for it?
I am 15 and i have been running for 1.5 years and my current mileage is 60 mpw . My PRs are-
400m- 57.2 1000m - 2:50 ( Time Trial on 1st Jan) 1500m - 4:32
I hope to run around 6:00 for the 2k. Please help.
