So basically I’ve been hurt a while and all I could muster up a week before my foot would cry for help us about 5-10 miles until about 3-4 weeks ago I’ve been doing that mileage since end of October.
did a mile time trial in 5:15 today, does anything think it’s possible I could be running in the 4:30s this season or Is my goal vanquished bc of the last few months.
