Is it smarter to run shorter and more frequently through the week?
Example:
Mon - 3 mi
Tue - Rest
Wed - 3 mi
Thu - 3 mi
Fri - Rest
Sat - 6 mi
Sun - Rest
Or
Mon - 5 mi
Tue - Rest
Wed - 5 mi
Thu - Rest
Fri - 5 Mi
Sat - Rest
Sun - Rest
