Could Jakob run under 49 in an open 400? I say no but what say you?
I think he would be between 49.00 and 49.50 in an open race. I suspect in a relay he could split 48.xx with the running start. He ran 51.03 just before his 17th birthday.

I’m guessing he would be 49 mid or so. He is certainly a strength oriented miler and I think that based on his 800 performances it’s hard to think he could run faster than 49 in the 400.
