I'm in college (club runner - no coach). Track season ends at the end of March. XC ends mid-November, so if I take 2 weeks off after track and use 6-8 weeks at the end of XC to sharpen, then I still have to build a 20-22 week base. If I follow the schedule below for 20-22 weeks and then use 6 weeks to sharpen, will that work?
