A few months back, me and my model wife were going at it, she found out I made 400k and couldn’t resist me any more. I can’t wait until she hears my 5k time! anyway, we had a pretty vigorous trip to pound town.
Once we are done, after her fifth or sixth orgasm, I took a second to catch my breath, and I the same question pop into my head. lucky for us all, all I had to do was check my garmin. turns out I never crossed the aerobic threshold. I am an aerobic monster though, so you may not have the same results.
And before anyone gets on me about wrist based hr monitors being inaccurate, it was measured via chest strap.
Actual serious answer is it is aerobic if you are talking about energy systems. While you may enter the anaerobic pathway for a short period of time during sex the only way you will remain there for the entire time is if you are both very aggressive and very quick.
The anger hand-bang most LR posters likely count as sex may very well be anaerobic but standard sex would not be.

So which one do you think gives more pleasure, aerobic or the anaerobic pathways?
This is a serious topic i am currently investigating, maybe forward on a thesis as to whether the pleasure centre relies more towards the aerobic moton or anaerobic. Society usually has a preconceived noton that anaerobic sexual motion(encouraged by porn) is the most effective form of pleasurable experience but if we look into ancient context , sex is primarly a form of energy exchange that seem to dictate more towards aerobic motion. Thereby, i am forming the hypothesis that distance runners are much better equipped in the transmission of sexual energy, although physically most seem to appear frail. p.s: do not confuse sexual energy wih physical immpact on the partner.
So what are your thoughts?
Investigating? Thesis? Seriously? Based on your writing and absolute lack of knowledge of physiology, sex and exercise, I think you’re gonna get an “F.” Thesis? You need to get a ghost writer. I know this is the internet, but no way are you actually going to put together a coherent paragraph about a topic you know zero about with your writing and research ability.

No conclusions can be drawn. it’s impossible to bang your way past the lactate threshold.

Neither pathway itself really "gives pleasure", it just determines the manner in which you fuel. I have a hard time believing sex that is purely anaerobic would be much fun for anyone.

This was just a draft my dear. And besides you need to realise that a comprehensive writing doesn't always mean a better research. I've seen terrible write ups in the field of academia that were ironically better. It's the runner, not the shoes. It's all about mastering to read between the lines.
