If your racing isn't going all that well, I suggest trying a traditional flat. Unfortunately the only one still on market is the very minimal a9. I'm even more of a non responder than this blogger, but you might be too. For me, even a lower stack trainer is better than the high stack carbon shoes. If you are young and have never worn a racing flat, I suggest giving them a go. If nothing else, it will probably be useable for track reps if you decide its not going to work for road races.
