Should you feel pain while biking with a sacral stress fracture? Recently thought it was a gluteus medius strain until I started biking without pain and walking with pain.

No. Stop training. En of story
Bump. Turned out to be a non displaced insufficient sacral stress fracture but I’ve been able to bike 2 hours each day
You can't bike with a sacral sf, you idiot. PARTICULARLY outdoors.
As someone said, let it rest.
When you get back into biking look for a bike with “endurance geometry.” Something with a higher stack and shorter reach. Unless you’re racing It won’t matter and you’ll be a lot more comfortable.
I haven’t noticed any discomfort with riding so either it’s not a stress fracture or I’m missing something
Biking could still aggravate it. You should probably see an orthopod.
In terms of the endurance bikes I mentioned earlier, Cannondale, Trek, and Canyon, all make some nice bikes with endurance geometry and at a range of prices depending on if they’re aluminum or carbon and the group set level. Cannondale’s are the Synapse series, Trek’s are the Domane series, and Canyon’s are simply called Endurance.
Just about every manufacturer makes a bike with endurance geometry now including gravel bikes that are even more relaxed and with longer chain stays and wheel bases. I just haven’t gotten into the whole gravel thing because my gravel/off road riding options are limited.
You have a sacral stress fracture that is a cycling buddy?
