I’m considering making a vibrating pacer that sticks on your back (like this stick on posture corrector). It would vibrate at the frequency to set it at, and could deliver a small electric shock if you fall below the pace. I’ve found metronomes helpful, but I can’t listen to music at the same time. I also think the extra motivation to keep the pace would be helpful :) Any thoughts? Would you use something like this? Does something similar already exist?
