I run 3-4 miles each way to work and like to split my interval workouts up sometimes on these runs (ie 5 x 400m to work and 5 x 400m home). But my current running backpack holds my content around my mid back, altering my form.
I’m looking for a pack that keeps the contents higher on my back near my shoulder blades to limit any alterations to my running form. Anyone know a backpack that does that?
