I know I'm not elite, but it's a goal of mine to break 6:00 in the mile at 60 - 4 weeks from now
2 sessions per week:
3 miles tempo at roughly 6:45 pace
12 x 75 seconds at about 5:50 to 6:00 pace with 1 minute rest. Very hard for me
rest of the week just easy 5-6 miles per day. About 40 mpw
Am I in with a shout?
