I wonder too! Kids gotta be coming for pennies with the hopes of earning scholarship money if they progress each year. Just getting in to Stanford for the education and to be part of this program is a huge pull for kids/parents…thus many parents will make the big payments and cross their fingers their child can earn some scholarship dollars down the road.
Where in the world is Stanford getting all these scholarships?

This is basically true. I remember Sara Hall/Bei was on something like a books or room/bird only scholarship at first (with her incredible high school resume) and had to work over her time at Stanford to get more. Stanford education and training environment is a big pull without the scholarships.

Not going to post the 1500 results champ? What kind of coach lets their 18 year old athlete triple in national championships?

1500m 4:49? I wonder what happened there.
Bunnage is already so fast she would be a competitive runner in D1, as a highschooler. Was there a pacer for the 5k?
Amy Bunnage is committing to run 2024 World U20 cross country championships in Pula, Croatia and eventually a marathon after college.
Today on the podcast is the one and only Amy Bunnage!
Amy is an incredibly talented and hard-working individual who has rewritten the history books over the past few years. Amy has run 2:09 in the 800m, 4:14 in the 1500m, 8:51 in the 3k, and 15:31 in the 5k, all as a high schooler. She has won more Australian championships than I can keep track of. She will be competing for Stanford University this Fall.

Very impressive for Bunnage, as it makes her a top 10 NCAA possibility, along with Dudek and Riggs. The only hurdle is to arrive at starting line healthy in November.
Stanford could have Dudek, Bunnage, Riggs, Jenks, Stewart, Dadamio, Kennedy up front in xc.
