I’ve seen sprinters use one arm sleeve, but not mainly distance runners so does anyone know why Aaron has been racing only with one?
I thought it might be for form…?

The three watches thing is hilarious. I did that on purpose several times to mess with my athletes. I would do the whole three stooges routine if you have ever seen that.
