A lot of top runners cite being able to train/work out in supershoes as a major contributor to the major improvements in times that are being run at the pro and (especially) NCAA level. The insane depth of the recent BU 5k speaks to that. Does anyone have any details on exactly how training and workouts have changed for the better due to supershoes? I know they make recovery easier, but with that in mind are people now doing bigger volume, more intensity, both?
