Yes his physique convinced me to add Tren to my stack
Yeah I would be let down also if I was dumb enough to think he wasn't doped to the gills. It is hard to believe anyone could be that dumb.
Seriously we have photos of guys from the 40s,50s and early 60s. Some of them were doping. But the gap between them and the modern guys is just absurd. Training isn't the reason people can pack on 40lbs more muscle and have lower BF%... There are guys on edge in the fitness world. Liver King was well beyond what anyone would believe is natural...
You gotta pick your role models better. Might I suggest John Cena or Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. These are the guys who have the all natty approach figured out, obviously. Liver King was just a gimmick.
Any shocked by this revelation, well I have some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you.
I can't believe there are people that dumb that could honestly think the Liver King is clean. Even a blind man could tell you that he is using a massive amount of drugs.
Nope. Never heard of him until this week but just looking at him, he looked outrageous.
I've always thought it strange how bodybuilding has gone from what was once considered a very fringe, extreme hobby and lifestyle pre-1990 to being more or less accepted as the peak of fitness. Many of these "fitness" influencers would have difficulty traversing a flight of stairs without being winded. Which makes it all the funnier that these physiques are now associated with warrior/military branding when many of these "fitness" influencers would struggle with basic training. Moreover, I can't think of anything less alpha than the strict diet, PED, and workout programming requirements these extreme physiques necessitate... If you miss a meal and have a disproportionate negative emotional response, that's pretty pathetic.
There are some things you need to prepare for military basic training. Expect to prepare both your body and mind. Expect to start early. Expect to change your lifestyle and bad habits. Expect to train physically, emotionally, mentally, and intellectually.
The hardest thing about Army basic training was not getting enough sleep. You just have to take all the yelling with a grain of salt- in one ear and out the other.

What was the hardest thing then?
The hardest part of Basic Training and just the military in general is realizing how very dumb some people are and realizing you have to treat certain people like 5 years old and use short words and sentences.
