Nike Pegasus Shield
Peg React 4 Gortex v Peg 39 Shield? Which and why?
If you can find a pair of the original Adidas SL.20, those have pretty good grip. They are neutral light workhorse shoes.
Pumagrip is also really good, so it might be worth checking out the Liberate Nitro or Velocity Nitro
The Shield looks much better to me for ice. Special wet-grip rubber compound and a tread pattern with lots of edges, which give extra grip on ice. If you look at snow tires for cars they're full of little grooves called "siping", same concept. The React 4 Gore-Tex would be better for snow or mud with it's wider grooves, although personally I can't run in Gore-Tex shoes in anything above the low 20's or my feet will get soaked in sweat.
Puma Magnify and others with Pumagrip are a great choice.
I've run in 3 versions of the shield and 1 of the trail. For me the shield hold up much better on ice & snow, especially the 39s which I just started wearing and we've had way too much winter already! They are easily the best iteration I've run in.
I really didn't care for the Peg trails, but I had the 2, so maybe they've improved on those.
I get my trainers and put small sheet metal screws in them for severe snow and ice traction.

Yeah get some self piercing gutter screws and screw them into the bottom of your non air shoes.
You can’t even feel them but you’ll do much better on ice. Around 5 per shoe.
