Abbey's 9:26.25 converts to 10:07.98 (3200) or 10:11.55 (2 Mile).
She won the State 3200 last June with a 10:09, and a week later ran a 10:10 2 Mile @ NBNo.
9:26 for an indoor, mid-Winter tune up (without anyone pushing her) is great. I fully expect her to go sub-10 when outdoor really gets rolling this Spring.

2nd (Team) in the 4x1mile @ NIN. 20:18 for the team.
5th in the 1 Mile @ NIN: 4:45.
So three races; three All-American finishes.
